  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 積層面に圧電板の底面より小さい面積を持つ電
    極を印刷した圧電板を、前記印刷電極間に外部引
    き出し用金属電極を挟んで複数枚積層してなる圧
    電アクチユエータにおいて、 前記印刷電極に含有させるフリツト量を、電極
    中心部近傍ではゼロもしくは極力少なくし、電極
    周縁部では中心部近傍より増やしたことを特徴と
    する積層型圧電アクチユエータ。
