Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 酸素イオン導電体である固体電解質からなる両
端開放型の管と、その固体電解質内壁面に設けた
陰極およびその外壁面に陰極と相対する位置に設
けた陽極と、これら両電極間に電圧を印加すべく
構成した電源と、両電極間に流れる電流を測定す
る電流計を具備するとともに、 前記固体電解質外壁面の陽極をペロブスカイト
型酸化物としたことを特徴とする固体電解質型酸
素イオンポンプ。
