Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 酸素イオン伝導性固体電解質材を用いた酸素ポ
    ンプ素子及び酸素濃度比測定用電池素子と、供給
    される電力に応じて前記酸素ポンプ素子及び酸素
    濃度比測定用電池素子を加熱する加熱素子と、前
    記素子の各々に接続した端子を保持し且ね前記端
    子を外部装置の対応する端子に着脱自在に接続す
    るコネクタ部とからなる酸素濃度センサであつて
    、前記コネクタ部が前記酸素ポンプ素子及び前記
    加熱素子各々に接続した端子を保持する第1コネ
    クタと、前記酸素濃度比測定用電池素子に接続し
    た端子のみを保持する第2コネクタとからなるこ
    とを特徴とする酸素濃度センサ。
