- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 非磁性材の軸と、該軸の軸端と微小間隙を介し
て対向配置される磁力を備えた軸受パツドと、前
記微小間隙に介在される磁性流体とから成る磁性
流体軸受において、 前記軸受パツドを軸の円周方向に複数配置し、
軸受パツドと軸端との対向面の間隔を円周方向に
沿つて一部狭くした絞り部を構成して成ることを
特徴とする磁性流体軸受。
