Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily mount/dismount a transmitter to/from a wall face by making a tumbler shaped hole latched and locked removably to a head of a screw fitted onto the wall face to the rear face of the transmitter. CONSTITUTION:A pasteboard 45 is adhered to a prescribed position of a wall face 1 on which a transmitter 4 is going to be installed and a wooden screw 41 is screwed to a part of a mark 46 indicated on the pasteboard 45. When the wooden screw 41 is screwed, a prescribed margin is ensured for the part of a head 41c of the wooden screw 41 and the part projects from the wall face 1. Then the hole 43 of the transmitter 4 is latched to the wooden screw 41 to fix the transmitter 4 onto the prescribed position of the wall face 1. Moreover, a tapered face 44 is formed to the part of the edge of the hole 43, then the rear side of the head 41c of the wooden screw 41 is abutted onto the tapered face 44 to fit the transmitter 4 without any play.

The base 8 and cover 9 are connected as follows.
That is, the printed circuit board 33 is placed on the rib 11 of the base 8, and the cover 9 is positioned slightly above the base 8, as shown in FIG. Make it correspond. Then, push the cover 9 diagonally downward as shown by the arrow in the figure, so that the tip of the engagement protrusion 13 and the engagement piece 3
The second engagement hole 32a is engaged with the second engagement hole 32a. In this case, base 8
Only the side χ dimension is caught on the cover 9 side. At this time, the engagement between the engagement protrusion 13 and the engagement piece 32 prevents vertical shaking, and furthermore, the width of the engagement protrusion 13 is adjusted so that the width of the engagement hole 32a is adjusted as shown in FIG. 4(a). By making the width approximately the same as the width, it is possible to prevent the base 8 and the cover 9 from shaking in the left and right direction. L protruding from both sides of the battery storage section 15 of the base 8
As shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b), a protrusion 37a is formed inside the rib 37 of the mold, and a protrusion 38a that engages with this protrusion 37a is formed on a rib 38 protruding from the cover 9. .

The printed circuit board 33 is fixed by being held between the ribs 11 of the base 8 and the protrusions 30 of the cover 9 by coming into contact with them from both sides. Further, the positioning of the printed circuit board 33 is performed by inserting the boss 12 of the base 8 into the hole 34a and the notch 34b of the printed circuit board 33, so that the printed circuit board 33 can be secured between the cover 9 and the base 8 by screwing in one screw. I am doing it without using it. Further, the tip surfaces of the protrusions 22 and 31 provided on the base 8 and cover 9, respectively, come into contact when the base 8 and cover 9 are combined. Therefore, even if the surface of the cover 9 other than the operating portion 29a is pressed, no load is applied to the printed circuit board 33.

Here, when the holder 16 is stored, the hook part 19b of the operating piece 19 is engaged with the opening part 21, and the recessed part 19a is attached to the base 8.
It is exposed through the opening 21 of. Also, when the holder 16 is inserted, the rib 3 of the cover 9
9 comes into contact with one surface of the holder 16 to position the holder 16. When replacing the battery 14, as shown in FIG. 8, push the recess 19a of the working piece 19 of the holder 16 with the tip of the screwdriver 20 from the back of the base 8 to engage the hook 19b and the opening 21. By pulling the holder 16 at the same time as releasing the stop, the holder 16 is removed from the transmitter 4.
In other words, the battery 14 can be removed. Furthermore, when the base 8 and cover 9 are to be disassembled, the operation opposite to the above is performed.

First, as shown in FIG.
Screw the wood screw 41 into the mark 46 marked in 5. As the wood screw 41 is screwed forward, the head 41c of the wood screw 41 is secured with a certain amount of protrusion, as described above.
That part has a shape that protrudes from the wall surface 1. Therefore, by hooking it on the wood screw 41 through the hole 43 of the transmitter 4,
The transmitter 4 is fixed at a predetermined position on the wall surface 1. Furthermore, by forming an inclined surface 44 at the edge of the hole 43, as shown in FIG. 4 can be installed without any looseness.
