Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 吸着剤、吸収剤等の分離剤を充填した２本以上
の分離筒を、供給口と吐出口との間に並列して接
続し、該各分離筒が、該分離筒に分離すべき１種
または２種以上のガスの混入した混合ガスを前記
供給口から高圧で供給してそのガスを前記分離剤
に吸着または吸収させることにより分離した処理
済みガスを前記吐出口から吐出する分離工程と、
該分離筒内に分離工程にある他の前記分離筒から
の処理済みガスの一部を絞り機構を介して減圧し
て供給して前記分離剤に吸着または吸収されてい
たガスを該分離剤から取り去つて放出する再生工
程と、該再生工程から前記分離工程に切り換わる
前に該分離筒内に分離工程にある他の前記分離筒
からの処理済みガスの一部を絞り機構を介して充
填して該分離筒内を高圧とする充填工程とを、複
数の開閉弁の切換動作により順次に繰り返して行
うようにした混合ガス分離装置において、 前記供給口の圧力を検出する第１検出手段と、 前記吐出口の圧力を検出する第２検出手段と、 前記第１検出手段の検出値から前記第２検出手
段の検出値を減じた演算値が一定値よりも大きい
か否かを判別する判別手段と、 該判別結果により、前記演算値が前記一定値よ
りも大きいときに、分離工程にある前記分離筒か
らの処理済みガスが前記充填用の絞り機構を通つ
て前記吐出口に流通するように前記開閉弁の開閉
状態を切り換える開閉弁切換手段と を備えたことを特徴とする混合ガス分離装置の吐
出流量制御装置。
