Claims (1)
- 過熱防止用温度センサをシース外部に、装着し
取付ネジに温度センサコード引出し用貫通孔を設
け、スリーブ内にはセラミツク貫通端子を介して
外部に引き出すヒータ導線用の導管と、セラミツ
ク貫通端子を介さず外部に引き出す温度センサ用
の導管の２つの独立した導管を設けたことを特徴
とする過熱防止ヒータ。
