By operating the motor 2l and winding up the stainless steel belts l4, l4 onto the winding shafts l6, l6, the pedestal l3 is raised and positioned at a predetermined position. At this time, the fixing portion of the stainless steel belt 14.14 to the pedestal 13 is folded back 11. so that the upper surface of the pedestal 13 is parallel to the upper edge 10 on the body.
It should be placed at a position corresponding to the lower end of 11. In this case, the position may be controlled using a microswitch or the like so that the operation of the motor 2l is stopped when the pedestal 13 reaches a predetermined location. Therefore, the material to be cooked is placed on the pedestal 131z. Depending on the material and the cooking method, this material may be stored in a pot or other container, or it may be placed on the pedestal 13J:-. For example, when cooking grains such as rice and wheat, it is necessary to store them in a container, and when boiling vegetables, they may be placed on a grid or placed directly on the pedestal 131. At that time, lift the y4 materials by hand and I! Alternatively, the machine body 1e#1i can be conveyed and sent to the receiving table 13 by a conveyor installed in succession. Next, the rotation of the motor 21 reverses the winding shaft 16 through the speed reducer l8, and at the time of rotation, the winding shaft 16 is rotated through the roller chain 22 to the other winding shaft l6.
Rotate synchronously. At that time, the stainless steel belts 14, 14, which were being wound around the winding shafts l6, l6. .. was rewound and the cradle 1 was suspended from the guide rollers 8, 8.
3, the stainless steel belts l4 and l4 are lowered by the amount of unwinding. Normally, the pedestal l3 is lowered until it reaches the bottom of the boiling tank l. At this time, the pedestal 13 and the cooking ingredients are submerged below the water surface previously placed in the boiling tank. As a water level holding mechanism for keeping this water level constant, a water level monitoring mechanism such as a water level gauge, a water injection valve communicating with the water injection port 6, a drain valve communicating with the drain hole 4, etc. may be provided. A lid body 23 is provided as necessary. Next, the boiling tank 1 is heated by the heat source 7, the water is boiled, and the cooking materials are boiled. Of course, if you put the ingredients in $11 boiling water, add water in advance.
I'll let you. Also, when steaming cooking materials, stainless steel belts l4, l4. .. When lowering the pedestal l3, make a W-joint and stop it so that the pedestal l3 or at least the cooking ingredients are placed above the water surface.
111 and let the steam rise. At this time, it is common to wrap or surround the material in cloth or other materials, or to stack containers in multiple layers. Furthermore, when cooking is to be carried out continuously, the hot water is kept at ms, and when the boiling is completed in sequence using h'F on the cradle 13, the next ingredient can be supplied and the work can be carried out efficiently. Also, it is possible to change the cooking method by adjusting the amount of water.

The surface of the water)? .. , just lower it. This can be easily done by draining and watering. The actuation of placing the pedestal 13 in place can be accomplished by various positioning mechanisms. For example, the unwinding of the winding shaft l6, the stainless steel belt l4
A counting check mechanism for the amount of feed out, etc., a motor stop mechanism linked thereto, a motor operating switch mechanism set so that the pedestal 13, etc. hits a switch, etc. provided at a predetermined location of the fuselage 1 and the boiling tank 1, and the pedestal. 13 or the bottom of the boiling tank 2 to prevent the pedestal 13 from reaching the bottom of the boiling tank 2. An appropriate mechanism may be used. Also, the pedestal 13 may be placed at an appropriate position rather than at a fixed position. It is also possible to stop the water level and raise the water level based on that position. In this way, the pedestal l3
Mechanisms for placing cooking ingredients placed either above or below the water surface include a water level adjustment mechanism using water injection and drainage, and a pedestal.
3. Whether there is a vertical movement mechanism or both jointly, and whether there is a cradle l.
In some cases, a third stationary mechanism is required. After the time required for cooking has elapsed, the rotation of the motor 2l causes the stainless steel belts l4, 14, . .. When the is wound up on the winding shafts l6 and l6,
The pedestal l3 rises L. When the cradle l3 comes to the same plane as the upper edge 10 of the body l, the motor 2l is stopped or automatically stopped by a micro switch or the like. At this time, the pedestal l
3, the cooking ingredients, boiling water, and water droplets from the container fall into the boiling tank, and the water is completely drained by leaving the container for an appropriate period of time. Also, the stainless steel belt 14 that was underwater drained water very well, and no moisture was brought into the aircraft body 1 when it rose. fart. Effects of the Invention According to the present invention as described above, a pedestal is suspended in a boiling tank by a cable or a belt, and the cable or belt is suspended from a guide roller installed at the upper part of the boiling tank. While the winding pedestal can be raised and lowered by the provided hoisting device, it is also possible to change the cooking method of the material to be cooked on the pedestal by adjusting the water level in the boiling tank or by adjusting the pedestal downward. Because it is characterized by the vertical movement of the pedestal and the vertical movement of the water level in the tank,
It is possible to suitably select and adapt the heating method for the cooking ingredients placed on the pedestal, thereby making it possible to perform various operations such as boiling, cooking, steaming, and warming the cooking ingredients. However, many of these tasks can be selected and performed with one device by extremely simple operations such as raising and lowering the pedestal and adjusting the water level. For this reason, there is no need to install multiple devices for performing these tasks, and a single device is sufficient, so it can be used even in narrow spaces, and can also be used in small-scale stores and workshops. However, cooking materials are automatically put in and taken out of the boiling tank, and contact with boiling water is avoided, which prevents risks such as burns, and reduces worker overwork due to putting cooking materials in and out of the boiling tank. This allows for safe and efficient work. Historically, the equipment is extremely simple and can be provided at a low price, and has great practical effects.
