Description
本案を図面に示す一実施例について説明すれば
、第2図の如く、感熱線1の端末を外包線4が露
出する位置と、内芯線2が露出する位置をずらし
て、それぞれリード線7と一方のリード線6を結
線させる。この場合、ハンダ又は端子をかしめて
固定させれば完全である。この独立した結線部イ
,ロをあらかじめ設けたチユーブ8,9に挿入す
る。それぞれのチユーブの底面11,12はウエ
ルダー等で穴を塞いだものを使用し、その中にエ
ポキシ等の合成樹脂10を注入させ、固定させ、
一組の感熱線アツシが出来あがる。第1図は感熱
線の構造図、第2図は分離結線の断面図、第3図
はA−A断面図、第4図はB−B断面図。

度制御用検知線として使用するものにおいて、そ
の端末における一対のリード線との結線は、内芯
線部と外包線部をそれぞれ分離し、外包線とリー
ド線の端末部は絶縁テープで被覆するか、又は完
全防水絶縁方式として、被覆された内芯線が通過
する穴を設けたチユーブ内に、リード線と外包線
を結線させ、エポキシ等の合成樹脂を注入固化さ
せると共に、更に分離して設けたチユーブ内に、
通過された被覆内芯線とリード線を外包線の結線
と同様に結線し、エポキシ等の合成樹脂を注入固
化させた一連の外包線、内芯線の分離結線を特徴
