Description
本案を図面に示す一実施例について説明すれば
、第２図の如く、感熱線１の端末を外包線４が露
出する位置と、内芯線２が露出する位置をずらし
て、それぞれリード線７と一方のリード線６を結
線させる。この場合、ハンダ又は端子をかしめて
固定させれば完全である。この独立した結線部イ
，ロをあらかじめ設けたチユーブ８，９に挿入す
る。それぞれのチユーブの底面１１，１２はウエ
ルダー等で穴を塞いだものを使用し、その中にエ
ポキシ等の合成樹脂１０を注入させ、固定させ、
一組の感熱線アツシが出来あがる。第１図は感熱
線の構造図、第２図は分離結線の断面図、第３図
はＡ−Ａ断面図、第４図はＢ−Ｂ断面図。 １……感熱線、２……内芯線、３……内芯線の

Claims (1)
- 内芯線と外包線との間に、ナイロンあるいは塩
化ビニールのごとき合成樹脂を介在させて、上記
内芯線あるいは外包線の一方に交流電圧を印加さ
せることによつて、他方にその温度変化によるイ
ンピーダンス変化量を受けて、電気フトン等の温
度制御用検知線として使用するものにおいて、そ
の端末における一対のリード線との結線は、内芯
線部と外包線部をそれぞれ分離し、外包線とリー
ド線の端末部は絶縁テープで被覆するか、又は完
全防水絶縁方式として、被覆された内芯線が通過
する穴を設けたチユーブ内に、リード線と外包線
を結線させ、エポキシ等の合成樹脂を注入固化さ
せると共に、更に分離して設けたチユーブ内に、
通過された被覆内芯線とリード線を外包線の結線
と同様に結線し、エポキシ等の合成樹脂を注入固
化させた一連の外包線、内芯線の分離結線を特徴
とする感熱線の結線装置。
