    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 周波数制御電圧により制御される可変容量ダイ
    オードとこの可変容量ダイオードに直列に接続さ
    れた水晶振動子と増幅素子とを含むコルピツツ型
    の電圧制御水晶発振回路において、直列接続のダ
    イオードとコンデンサとを前記可変容量ダイオー
    ドに並列に接続し前記ダイオードにバイアス電圧
    を供給するバイアス回路を有することを特徴とす
    る電圧制御水晶発振回路。
