- 印加電圧により容量値が変更可能な可変容量回
路を有する共振回路を備え、該印加電圧を制御す
ることにより発振周波数が制御可能な電圧制御発
振器において、前記可変容量回路は少なくとも２
個の可変容量ダイオードの並列回路からなること
を特徴とする電圧制御発振器。
