結され、前記基板と前記上部接続板の間に耐火材
が充填され、タンデイツシユ底部に着脱可能に挿
着された陽極本体と、前記上部接続板上に接触し
て配置された放電部よりなるタンデイツシユプラ
ズマ加熱用陽極。 (3) 放電部が複数に分割されている請求項1ま
たは2記載のタンデイツシユプラズマ加熱用陽極
