  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プラズマアークを噴出可能なプラズマトーチと
    、 そのプラズマトーチの先端と対向する位置に工
    作物を載置固定するテーブルと、 そのテーブルに対して相対的に前記プラズマト
    ーチを移動させる移動手段と、 前記テーブル上に固定され前記プラズマトーチ
    の先端部が摺接可能な摩擦面を有する摩擦部材と
    、 所定加工動作の終了又は作業者の操作に関連し
    て除去信号を発生する信号発生手段と、 前記除去信号の発生毎に前記プラズマトーチの
    先端部を前記摩擦部材の摩擦面に摺接若しくは近
    接させた状態で前記移動手段によりプラズマトー
    チを相対的に移動させる付着物除去動作実行手段
    と、 を備えることを特徴とする付着物除去機能を備え
    たプラズマ切断装置。
