射ノズル兼用エア噴射ノズル、８ａ……基板取出
し部、１４……加熱圧縮エア供給路、２０，１２
，２１，２２……流路切換弁（電磁開閉弁）、２
３……消火ボンベ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハンダデイツプコータの基板取出し部の近傍に
    配置された温度センサと、消火ボンベに連通連結
    され、基板取出し部の近傍に配置された消火剤噴
    射ノズルとを具備して成り、温度センサで基板取
    出し部の異常温度上昇を検出して消火剤噴射ノズ
    ルより消火剤を噴射するように構成したハンダデ
    イツプコータの消火装置において、 消火剤噴射ノズルを基板取出し部の近傍に配置
    したハンダデイツプコータのエア噴射ノズルで兼
    用させ、エア噴射ノズルへの加熱圧縮エア供給路
    に流路切換弁を介して消火ボンベを連通可能に連
    結し、温度センサの出力信号により加熱圧縮エア
    の供給を止めて消火剤を供給するように構成した
    ことを特徴とするハンダデイツプコータの消火装
    置。
