帯状金属板の接合方法及び接合装置に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a method and a joining device for band-shaped metal plates, and particularly to a band-shaped metal plate for joining the ends of flexible AI alloy band-shaped metal plates. The present invention relates to a method and device for joining plates.

。Generally, a joining method is adopted for joining band-shaped metal plates, in which the band-shaped metal plates are welded to each other and the welded joint is rolled. In this joining method, shielding gas is first blown from the welding torch and back bar onto the upper and lower surfaces of the small amount of overlapping parts of the metal strips to be joined, and the metal strips are welded together. It is difficult to uniformly blow out a small amount of gas onto the lower surface of the overlapped portion.

When melting the back side of a strip metal plate with a welding torch (Uranami welding), holes occur in areas where the blowing pressure is strong.

A method is disclosed in which the end portion 72A of the band-shaped metal plate 72 is slightly overlapped with A to prevent the band-shaped metal plate 72 from warping (Japanese Patent Application No. 1-168331). , [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, since the band-shaped metal plate is generally stored in a state where it is wound around a winding core, when the band-shaped metal plate is unwound from the winding core, the band-shaped metal plate has a tendency to curl. Attached. For this reason, it is not possible to accurately maintain the minute amount of overlap between the strip metal plates as per the set value, which causes problems such as the welding beat becoming unstable and holes forming in the joint, reducing the strength of the joint. .

However, even with this joining method, if the band-shaped metal plates 72 have a tendency to curl, the minute amount of overlap between the band-shaped metal plates 72 will be less than a predetermined amount, resulting in a problem that holes will occur at the joint.

Since the joint part is welded after correcting the curl of A, the end parts 10A and 228 can be precisely overlapped by a minute amount by a predetermined amount, and no holes will be formed in the joint part during welding.

The step created in the welded joint by this rolling process is pressed and compressed, and the joint strength is increased by this rolling process. This is because the tensile strength of the welded joint, which has decreased due to welding, is restored through work hardening during the rolling process, and at the same time, the welded joint is processed into a shape that is less likely to cause stress concentration.
