て、 高張力を有するコード等の補強用細条が滑り止
め体の両端部に有する係着手段間に並列状に掛架
されて埋着された補強材層を形成し、この補強用
細条が、交叉方向に長径と短径とを有する断面形
状をなすように扁平化され、前記長径方向が滑り
止め体表面と平行に配されてなることを特徴とす
