The main requirements for a surgical lighting lamp include the ability to provide sufficient illuminance necessary for surgery, the ability to vary the size of the light field depending on the purpose of the surgery, and good operability. Regarding the size of the light field, as shown in the surgical diagram shown in Figure 1, a wide illumination range of 20 to 30 cm square is required for the incision of the skin area A at the beginning of the surgery, and then for the area B after the incision.
Surgery requires narrowing down the optical field. Furthermore, in order to increase the illuminance, a predetermined surgical area may be illuminated with a plurality of illumination lights. In other words, a focus function is required to converge the optical axis of each lamp's reflector to one point.

The size of the light field was adjusted by shifting the optical axes S 1 to S 4 of the reflecting mirrors L 1 to L 4 .

Furthermore, changing the light field by shifting the optical axis not only causes a decrease in illuminance and uneven illuminance, but also impairs the shadowless effect, which is one of the major requirements for surgical lighting. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, when an obstacle R falls within the light beam Q, its shadow R' is formed on the irradiation surface C. However, if this shadow R' is irradiated with a beam of light P, it is possible to eliminate the shadow R'.
In other words, it is necessary that the optical axes from each direction coincide on the irradiation surface, which can be said to be the principle when using a surgical lighting lamp. The conventional method of varying the light field by shifting the optical axis of each lamp is a mistake and has the disadvantage of impairing the shadowless effect.

Furthermore, in the conventional system, the operation of the variable light field device and the operation of the focus adjustment device are not related to each other, and are operated separately. For this reason, the demand for shortening the time required for surgery has not been satisfied.

The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and it automates the focus adjustment work, and when the optical field variable operation is completed, the focus adjustment device is automatically activated to shorten the adjustment operation time and make the surgery smoother. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a multi-lamp type illumination lamp for surgery that can be performed.

The operation of the above configuration will be explained. When the start switch 24 is turned on, the initial reset circuit clears the step counter to zero and enters control step 0 (signal lines are omitted). In this step, the entire device is put into a startup mode. In response to activation of each part, the step counter enters control step 1. In response to this signal, timer T1 of the correction circuit 29 is activated. During this time, the signal of control step 1 becomes the set input of the data flip-flop circuit 32, and the D terminal input at this time becomes the Q terminal and Q terminal output as it is, and the AND circuits 70, 71, 7
2,73. In this case, for example, it is preset that when the output signal of the center detection sensor 31 is at H level, it is a clockwise rotation signal of the motor 18, and when it is at L level, it is a counterclockwise rotation signal. Timer T 1 above
The settling time is set at the end of the Q terminal and Q terminal outputs, and when the Q terminal and Q terminal outputs end, the timer T1 outputs a pulse signal indicating completion of direction setting to the step counter. The step counter receives this signal and enters control step 2. The signal of this control step 2 is the AND circuit 7
0 and 73 are input. For example, if the Q terminal output of the data flip-flop circuit 32 is H and the Q terminal output is L, then the AND circuits 70, 71, 72, 7
As for each input terminal of 3, AND70 is LH, AND71 is
HL, AND72 becomes LH, AND73 becomes HH,
It can be seen that AND73 is in the active state. Therefore, the output signal of AND circuit 73 activates relay R 2 and motor 18 rotates. Control step 2
The signal is also input to the AND circuit 76. While the luminous flux continues to rise as detected by the sensor 26, the amplifier unit 27 outputs the L signal, so the step counter maintains control step 2, the motor 18 continues to rotate, and the focus adjustment operation continues. When the luminous flux stops rising and starts falling, the amplifier section 27 outputs a fall detection signal, and the step counter receives this and advances the control to step 3.
This signal activates timer T2 of correction circuit 29. AND circuits 70, 71, 72 in this case,
Each input terminal of 73 is AND70 is LL, AND71 is
is HL, AND72 is LL, AND73 is HL, and nothing is active, so the relay
Both R 1 and R 2 are turned OFF and the motor 18 stops. The settling time of the timer T2 is set when the motor 18 is stopped. The step counter is
Upon receiving the inversion wait signal from timer T2 , control proceeds to control step 4. The input terminals of AND circuits 70, 71, 72, and 73 in control step 4 are LL for AND7, HH for AND71, and HH for AND7.
2 becomes LH, AND73 becomes HL, AND circuit 7
1 is in active state. Therefore, relay R1 is ON
As a result, the motor 18 rotates in the opposite direction. This rotation time lasts for the settling time of timer T3 which receives the signal from control step 4.
This is an operation for correcting over-adjustment of focus. After receiving the motor reversal signal after the settling time of timer T3 , the step counter advances control to step 5.
This signal at step 5 is a step counter reset signal, and the automatic focus adjustment operation is thereby completed.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, this switch mechanism includes an eccentric cam 61 fixed to a shaft 60 connected to a handle 3 that changes the light field, and a switch 62 provided below the eccentric cam 61. It consists of This switch 62 is connected to the bracket 63.
It is fixedly installed. FIG. 14 is an explanatory diagram of the operation of the switch mechanism. In the figure, A is the angle of the handle 3 that makes the light field large, and C is the angle of the handle 3 that makes the light field small. Set the handle angle to A,
By switching to either C, the light field can be switched to two levels: large and small. In this case, handle 3
is in either position A or C, the eccentric cam 6
1 does not touch the switch 62, so the switch 6
2 is OFF. When the handle 3 is rotated in either direction A or C to switch the light field, the eccentric cam 61 contacts the switch 62 at a position B where the handle 3 and the switch 62 overlap, and the switch 62 is turned on.

The operation of this relay circuit will be explained. When the switch 62 is turned on by operating the handle 3,
Contact P-1 of this relay circuit turns ON. This causes an exciting current to flow through relay R 1 and contacts r 1 −
1, r 1 -2 is turned on. While self-holding is applied by r 1 -1, ON/OFF operation of contact P-1 due to rotation of handle 3 is ignored. On the other hand, when the r 1 -2 contact turns on, current flows through the timer T 1 , and after the timer has settled, the contacts t 1 -1 and t 1 -2 turn on.
It becomes ON. t 1 -2 is a contact point of the start switch 24 of the automatic focus adjustment device. That is, the timer
T1 has a delay effect of turning on the start switch of the automatic focus adjustment device after the optical field variable operation is completed. On the other hand, when the contact t 1 -1 is turned ON, current flows through the timer T 2 , and after the timer has settled, the normally closed contact t 2 -1 is turned ON, and the current to the relay R 1 is cut off. That is, the timer T2 performs a delay action to cut off the current in the relay circuit after the autofocus operation is completed.

First, adjust the light field. In FIGS. 3 and 4, when the handle 3 is manually turned clockwise, the rod member 52 is rotated clockwise via the transmission screw 51. As shown in FIGS. Since the rod member 52 is fixed to the ring body 53, the ring body 53 also rotates clockwise. Further, since the tips of the four wires 54 attached to the mounting member 53a of the ring body 53 are connected to the base portions 56a of the light source lamps 56 of the illumination lamps L1 to L4 , the rotation of the ring body 53 Accordingly, the light source lamp 56 and the wire 54 are guided by the vertical movement guide section 57 and ascend. For this reason, the light source lamp 56 approaches the reflecting mirror, so the incident angle of the reflecting mirror changes, the reflected light is diffused, and the light field becomes larger (FIG. 2A). Next, when the handle 3 is turned counterclockwise, the wire 54 is loosened, causing the spring 55 at the tip of the wire to move the light source lamp 56 away from the reflector, converging the reflected light, and expanding the light field. becomes small.

When the start switch 24 of the automatic focus adjustment device is turned on, the motor 18 rotates so that the optical axis points toward the center, and with this rotation, the disc 1
9 rotates clockwise, for example. Four link rods 20 each pivoted at 90° intervals on the circumference of the disk 19 work together to provide a force that pushes the protrusion 17 held by the tip end 20b of the link rod 20, At the same time, each of the reflecting mirrors disposed around the disk 19 to which the projecting piece 17 is fixed is also moved upward about the pivot shaft 16 to raise the optical axis focal point of each reflecting mirror. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the optical sensor 26 detects the light flux constantly passing through the lens 25, and the falling detection circuit 26 detects the light flux constantly passing through the lens 25.
8 outputs an on signal to the motor on/off relay circuit 22, and the motor 18 continues to rotate.

When the input of the optical sensor 26 passes the peak, a fall detection circuit 28 outputs an off signal to the motor on/off relay circuit 22, and the motor 18 stops. At the same time, the fall detection circuit 28 outputs an inverted output signal to the motor rotation direction relay circuit 23, and
An output signal is sent to the modification circuit 29, and the modification circuit 29 turns the motor on/off for a predetermined time after the set time.
By turning on the relay circuit 22, the motor 18 is reversed for a predetermined period of time, and the input of the optical sensor 26 is fixed at the peak point. The predetermined time is adjusted by the timer of the modification circuit 29 so that the optical axis is focused on the surgical site A. That is, the optical axis is automatically focused on the surgical site A.

As explained above, in the present invention, the light source lamp of each lighting lamp is configured to be moved up and down within the reflector of the lamp by operating the handle, so that the light field formed by the reflector can be wide or narrow. Selection can be made only by operating the handle without moving the entire illumination lamp up and down. Furthermore, there is no need to shift the optical axis of the light field of each reflecting mirror to ensure the necessary width of the light field.
