- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧力流体の入口ポート、出口ポート及び排出ポ
ート、上記出口ポートと入口ポート及び排出ポー
トとを連通させる供給流路及び排出流路、並びに
流体圧により動作して供給流路を開閉する弁部材
を有する弁体を備えた急速排気弁において、 上記急速排気弁が、入口ポートの流体圧の増減
により駆動して上記排出流路を開閉するニードル
と、該ニードルによる排出流路の絞り開度を調整
するための調節部材とを有する可変絞り機構を備
えている、 ことを特徴とする可変絞り機構付き急速排気弁。
