Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ポンプから吐出される流体の供給室と該流体の
送出先に連なる送出室との間に絞り部を配し、該
絞り部前後の圧力差に応動する流量調節スプール
により前記供給室への供給流体の一部を前記ポン
プの吸込側に還流せしめ、前記送出先への送出流
量を制御する流量制御装置において、 前記供給室と前記送出室との間に前記絞り部と
並設してあり、供給室の内圧を受圧して生じるそ
の動作により、所定値を超える前記内圧を送出室
に開放する圧力調整弁を具備することを特徴とす
る流量制御装置。
