1, A2...An each weighing hopper B1, B2...Bn
Weighing the weight of each object to be weighed supplied to , and adding up each different combination of measured amounts,
The object to be weighed is discharged after obtaining the set weight or a combination of weights closest to it, and the discharged object to be weighed is collected in a timing hopper D at a collection chute C.

That is, for example, in order to select combinations and collect discharged objects at twice the speed of the conventional collection speed, each weighing hopper B must be
Since the distance between 1, B2...Bn and the timing hopper D, the so-called head difference H, is large, problems such as this may occur if the object to be weighed that was discharged last time mixes with the object to be weighed that is to be discharged this time. Ivy. Furthermore, if the number of the weighing machines A1, A2, . For this reason, as mentioned above, the objects to be weighed in front and behind may mix with each other, or the falling speed of the objects to be weighed may increase and the objects to be weighed may collide with each other at the outlet of the collection chute C, causing chipping or damage. Nakatsuta. For this purpose, an intermediate shutter, which is an intermediate stop that moves up and down by an appropriate means, is installed above the outlet of the collection chute C.
It is also conceivable to install the collection chute C vertically at a position 1/2H of the head H to separate the objects to be weighed that were discharged last time and the objects to be discharged this time and collect them in the timing hopper D. Even with this, it is expected that it will not be possible to weigh more than 100 times/min with objects to be weighed that are easy to discharge. In other words, if we assume that the total capacity for selectively discharging objects to be weighed in weighing hoppers B1, B2...Bn in combination is n times/min,
The intermediate shutter will also operate at a capacity of n times/min. However, the intermediate shutter is 100
Since it is impossible to exceed the number of times per minute due to its structure, there is a limit to its measuring capacity, such as naturally limiting the discharging capacity of the weighing hoppers B1, B2, . . . , Bn.

While feeding the object to be weighed to the weighing hopper,
This is a case in which the next combination is added from the actual measurement quantity of the object to be measured that was not selected in the previous combination, or from the actual measurement quantity that was not used in the previous combination. In addition, in Figure 5 C, two combinations of the set weight or the weight closest to it and the next closest weight are obtained for each combination weighing, and objects to be weighed corresponding to those two combinations are taken out at the same time. This is a case where each group is simultaneously divided and discharged based on two drop signals A and B.

Divide each weight by the unit weight of the object to find the number of objects to be weighed, add up each different combination of the numbers, obtain the set number or the combination of the number closest to it, and apply to that combination. This can also be applied to the case of combination counting in which the corresponding object to be weighed is discharged, and therefore, in the present invention, the phrase "combination weighing" includes the meaning of "combination counting."

Since the collection routes of the objects to be weighed are multi-system, even if the discharge interval of the objects to be weighed for each combination is shortened, the objects to be weighed for each combination can be collected through different collection routes without being mixed. This allows the metering speed of the device to be further improved. In addition, in this invention, the discharge direction when discharging the objects to be weighed to the collection route is set to multiple directions corresponding to each collection route, so that the objects to be weighed in each combination unit can be mixed immediately after discharging the objects to be weighed. This has the effect that it can be collected without any waste. Furthermore, since the above-mentioned combination addition is performed based on the measured amounts of the objects to be weighed that were not selected in the previous combination and the objects to be measured that were not used in the previous combination, it is possible to perform the combination addition once for each hopper. When supplying objects to be weighed, two combinations are equal to or close to the set value.
Each set can be collected by a different collection route. In addition, while collecting the objects to be weighed that were selected in the previous combination, it is possible to add the next combination and collect the newly selected objects to be weighed, so the weighing capacity up to now can be almost doubled. It can also be done. In addition, the hopper of each weighing machine that stores the objects to be weighed is a double-opening hopper, and a chute is provided at the bottom of the hopper that corresponds to one discharge port of each hopper, and another chute is provided corresponding to each discharge port of the other hopper. With a simple configuration,
An excellent effect is achieved in that the objects to be weighed for each combination can be completely distinguished immediately after being discharged. The present invention can be applied to large-sized chute, and can easily improve the measurement accuracy as the number of weighing machines in use increases due to the increase in size, which is extremely beneficial.

A method of adding combinations based on measured values of a plurality of weighing machines to obtain a combination that is equal to or close to a set value, and then collecting objects to be measured according to the obtained combination, With the selected falling signal,
Selecting the discharge ports of different systems of the weighing hopper, and selectively discharging the object to be weighed from the weighing hopper into each chute portion of the separation chute body divided into sections corresponding to the discharge ports of the different systems of the weighing hopper. A combination weighing method characterized by the following. 2. In a device that adds combinations based on the measured values of multiple weighing machines, finds a combination that is equal to or close to a set value, and collects objects to be weighed related to the determined combination, each of the objects to be weighed is stored. The hopper of the weighing machine has a double-opening hopper having two discharge ports with different discharge directions, a selection means for controlling opening and closing of the double-opening hopper, and a lower stage of each of the above-mentioned hoppers.
By selecting the above selection means, each hopper is provided with one chute for collecting objects to be weighed discharged from one discharge port and another chute for collecting objects to be weighed discharged from each discharge port on the other side. A combination weighing device characterized by:
