Claims (1)
- 密封流体圧およびスプリングのばね力からなる
第１の負荷によつて被軸封機器の回転軸と同時回
転する回転側シール要素を被軸封機器の固定側部
材に固定されている固定側シール要素に向けて付
勢するとともに、前記密封流体圧のみによる第２
の負荷によつて回転側シール要素を固定側シール
要素側に向けて押圧する環状の押圧部材が回転側
シール要素と回転軸との間に介装され、前記第１
および第２の負荷によつて回転側シール要素の回
転密封環と固定側シール要素の静止密封環の密封
端面同士を摺接させて軸封部が形成されるメカニ
カルシールにおいて、前記環状の押圧部材の第２
の負荷受面側に反対側に当接してストツパーを配
置し、回転側シール要素を前記第１の負荷のみに
よつて固定側シール要素に向けて付勢するバラン
ス型シール構造にしたことを特徴とするメカニカ
ルシール。
