- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 太陽電池素子の表面に、表面の保護および放射
線からの保護のためのカバーガラスを接着剤によ
り貼り付けるための治具であつて、 上記太陽電池素子及びカバーガラスの厚さより
低い高さの突起部それぞれ有する太陽電池支持体
及びカバーガラス固定体を備え、 上記太陽電池支持体及びカバーガラス固定体に
より上記太陽電気素子とカバーガラスの相対位置
を決め、これらを張り付けるようにしたことを特
徴とする太陽電池カバーガラス貼付治具。
