Claims (1)
- 上部を密閉した気泡除去槽と、この槽内に出口
を有しこの出口から槽内に気泡を含む液体を供給
する供給パイプと、前記槽内で気泡の除去された
液体を槽外部へ排出する排出パイプと、前記槽の
天井部の空気溜りに溜つた空気を外部に排出する
排出手段とを有することを特徴とする液体中の気
泡除去装置。
