Claims (1)
- 現像液タンク内の現像液を現像チヤンバー内の
現像対象物にスプレーし、前記現像チヤンバー内
の現像液を前記現像液タンクに戻す液循環式のス
プレー現像装置において、前記現像液タンクに設
けられた比重センサーと、前記現像液タンク内の
現像液の比重が所定の範囲から外れたことを検出
した時に前記現像液タンクより現像液を一定量排
出し、前記現像液タンクに新しい現像液を給液す
る手段とを含むことを特徴とするスプレー現像装
置。
