Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 第１の端を閉じ第２の端に開口部を有する管
    と、この管の前記第１の端から前記第２の端の方
    向に順次間隔をおいて管壁にそれぞれ開口する第
    １、第２及び第３の分岐管と、前記管の管内をそ
    れぞれ滑動し両底面間を貫通する中空部をそれぞ
    れ有する第１及び第２の柱状体と、これら第１及
    び第２の柱状体を間隔をおいて連結する連結棒と
    、前記第１及び第２の柱状体のうち前記管の前記
    第１の端の側にある前記第１の柱状体と前記管の
    前記第１の端との間に配置したバイアスばねと、
    前記管の前記第２の端と前記第２の柱状体との間
    に配置した形状記憶合金製のばねと、前記管の前
    記第２の端の開口部と前記第３の分岐管とを接続
    するバイパス管とを備え、前記第１の柱状体が前
    記第１の分岐管の開口部を完全に塞いで前記第２
    及び第３の分岐管の開口部は前記第１の柱状体に
    よつても前記第２の柱状体によつても全然塞がれ
    ない状態があり、かつ、前記第２の柱状体が前記
    第３の分岐管の開口部を完全に塞いで前記第１及
    び第２の分岐管の開口部は前記第１の柱状体によ
    つても前記第２の柱状体によつても全然塞がれな
    い状態があるように前記第１及び第２の柱状体の
    長さ、前記連結棒の長さ、前記第１の分岐管と前
    記第２の分岐管との間隔、前記第２の分岐管と前
    記第３の分岐管との間隔、ならびに、前記第１、
    第２及び第３の分岐管の開口部の径を設定したこ
    とを特徴とする流量制御バルブ。 ２ 前記バイパス管に流れる流体の流量を調整す
    る調整バルブを備えたことを特徴とする請求項１
    記載の流量制御バルブ。
