- 表面に山形状の突起を有する物品に対設した撮
像カメラと、被撮像物品と前記撮像カメラとの間
に同心方向に移動自在に配置されたリング状の光
源と、前記撮像カメラからの信号を処理する制御
部とで構成したことを特徴とする外観検査装置。
