Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 撮像装置と光源と拡散板と画像処理装置とを有
する視覚検査装置であつて、 撮像装置は、拡散板に向けて配置して、拡散板
との間に位置する検査対象を撮像し、 光源は、拡散板の背後に位置させ、光源駆動装
置による明るさ調整が可能であり、 拡散板は、その表面の前記撮像装置の視野内に
半透明部材が設けられており、 画像処理装置は、前記半透明部材を含んで検査
対象が撮像装置により撮像されたとき、その画像
の２値画像につき半透明部材の２値化状態に応じ
て前記光源駆動装置による光源の明るさ調整を制
御することを特徴とする視覚検査装置。
