Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 粗紡機上がりの満管粗糸ボビンを精紡機に搬送
し、この満管粗糸ボビンを精紡機で発生した空の
粗糸ボビンと交換するためのボビン搬送・交換装
置であつて、 各精紡機の満管粗糸ボビン導入側と後記満管粗
糸ボビンの装着装置の間に配設されたエンドレス
方式のボビン搬送手段及びこのボビン搬送手段上
に所定の間隔を保持して装着されたボビンホルダ
と上記ボビン搬送手段の間歇駆動装置からなる第
１のボビン搬送装置と、 各精紡機の周囲に配設されたエンドレス方式の
ボビン搬送手段、及びこのボビン搬送手段上に所
定の間隔を保持して装着されたボビンホルダと上
記ボビン搬送手段の間歇駆動装置からなる第２の
ボビン搬送装置と、 ガイドレール上に互いに直交する移動方向を保
持して配設された２個１組の可動フレーム構体、
この可動フレーム構体の一方に装着され、満管粗
糸ボビンを頂部から挟持する挟持チヤツク、昇降
シリンダと旋回シリンダを直交配置することによ
つて昇降及び旋回機構を構成し、これらのシリン
ダによつて駆動される旋回アームの先端に満管粗
糸ボビンを底部から支持する受台を装着してなる
満管粗糸ボビンの受渡し装置からなる満管粗糸ボ
ビンの装着装置と、 前記第１のボビン搬送装置と第２のボビン搬送
装置の間に架設された走行レール、並びに、この
走行レール上に自走自在に架装された走行台車、
及びこの走行台車の本体に昇降シリンダのピスト
ンロツドを介して上昇下降自在に接続された昇降
台、この昇降台の下端に連設された旋回アームと
、この旋回アームの水平駆動装置からなるボビン
交換装置によつて構成されたことを特徴とする粗
糸ボビンの搬送・交換装置。
