Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第１及び第２の材料を含むヘテロ接合を有
    する半導体のエツチング終点を検知するエツチン
    グ終点検知装置において、 前記第１及び第２の材料でバンド間遷移によつ
    てフオトルミネツセンスが生じる波長の光を前記
    半導体に対して照射する発光手段と、これによつ
    て第１及び第２の材料で各々生じるルミネツセン
    ス光を検知す受光手段とを備えたことを特徴とす
    るエツチング終点検知装置。 (2) バンド間遷移によつて可視光のフオトルミ
    ネツセンスが生じる第１及び第２の材料を含むヘ
    テロ接合を有する半導体のエツチング終点を検知
    するエツチング終点検知装置において、 前記第１及び第２の材料でフオトルミネツセン
    スが生じる波長の光を前記半導体に対して照射す
    る発光手段を備えたことを特徴とするエツチング
    終点検知装置。
