ータに円環状に配設し、上記ロータに円環状に配
設したマグネツト材にN極、S極の磁極を交互に
多極に着磁してロータリ磁気エンコーダ用多極着
磁体を形成し、該ロータリ磁気エンコーダ用多極
着磁体と対向して磁気センサを固定側に配設して
ロータリ磁気エンコーダを形成してなる、超音波
