Claims (1)
- 振動体と、前記振動体を固定支持した中心軸と
、加圧ばねで圧接され該振動体により駆動される
ロータと前記中心軸に回転可能に組み込まれた前
記中心軸を固定支持した固定板からなる超音波モ
ータの加圧構造において、リング状の中心部から
突出した複数本のアーム部を有する初期曲げを持
たない加圧板ばねと、該加圧板ばねを押したわま
せる押えによつてロータを振動体に加圧すること
を特徴とする超音波モータの加圧構造。
