Automobile seats are equipped with side support mechanisms, lumbar support mechanisms, armrest mechanisms, etc. in order to improve support for the upper body of passengers and provide a comfortable driving position. On the other hand, in order to improve productivity and moldability, automobile seats have recently been manufactured by integrally foaming polyurethane resin or the like so that the entire seat frame is embedded in a pad. In such integrally foamed seats, the armrest mechanism can be assembled to the seat after integrally foaming, but since the side support mechanism is attached directly to the seat frame, seats equipped with side support mechanisms cannot be integrally foamed. Ta. This is because the foam adheres to the frame part of the side support mechanism or invades the operating part of the side support mechanism, making it impossible to operate. For this reason, it is difficult to mold a seat with a side support mechanism. Conventionally, this was done using the placing pad method. However, in the case of this placing pad method, not only does it require a large number of man-hours for covering, but also a back pad is required on the back side of the seat frame, resulting in complicated man-hours, poor productivity, and an increase in price. Furthermore, not only does the product have a poor appearance, but it also requires supplementary materials such as cheesecloth and hog rings.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks by making it possible to mold a seat having an adjustment device such as a side support mechanism by integral foaming. It is characterized in that the body is formed through a member that prevents the foam from adhering. EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and process order.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an example of a seat back frame without pads. The seat back frame 1, which is formed into a rectangular shape by bending pipes, has support frames 2 and 3 of side support mechanisms on both sides. is installed. The left and right support frames 2 and 3 are connected at their lower ends by a connecting rod 4, and when one support frame rotates, the other support frame rotates in the opposite direction. Frames 2 and 3 are designed to open and close. Opening and closing of this support frame is
In this embodiment, the operation is performed by an operating section 5 attached to the upper end of the left support frame 2, and this operating section 5 is connected to two brackets 52 by screw rods 51 as shown in FIG. , 53 are rotatably connected, and when the support frame 2 rotates, the bracket rotates, and when the bracket rotates, the left support frame 2 rotates in the opposite direction. In addition, 10,0 in the figure

The seat frame configured with adjustment devices such as the side support mechanism is placed in a foaming mold, and the synthetic resin is integrally foamed in the mold, thereby forming the seat frame 1 and the side support mechanism. is buried inside the foamed pad, but in order to prevent the foam from entering or adhering to the side support mechanism during this integral foaming, a member to prevent the foam from adhering is installed or installed in advance. be applied. That is, frame parts such as the support frames 2 and 3 and the connecting rods 4 are coated with a mold release agent, and the operation section 5 is covered with covers 11 and 12 made of metal or plastic as shown in FIG. is attached so as to surround the operating section, and the operating section 5
The foam penetrates inside and prevents it from sticking. Further, there are rotating parts 6 and 7 to which the connecting rod 4 and the left and right support frames 2 and 3 are pivotally connected, and a rotating part 8 to which the right support frame 3 is pivotally connected to the seat back frame 1.
A heat-resistant grease is applied to the parts to prevent foam from adhering to them. In this case, the operation section 5
As shown in FIG. 3, a synthetic resin film 13 such as polyethylene or polypropylene may be applied, or heat-resistant grease may be applied to each member of the operating section. After such foam adhesion prevention members have been installed or applied,
When integral foaming is performed, the foam is molded into a sheet shape without any adhesion to the side support mechanism. Therefore, the opening/closing operation of the side support mechanism can function well without being hindered by the foam, and even if the sheet has a side support mechanism, integral foam molding of synthetic resin is possible. This improves the appearance of the sheet, reduces the number of man-hours required for covering, reduces the amount of auxiliary materials such as cheesecloth and hog rings, and further eliminates the need for a back pad. Further, since the side support mechanism slides smoothly even within the foam, no abnormal noise is generated during operation.

The operating portion 5 of the side support mechanism may be rotated and locked by a coil spring 54 as shown in FIG. 4, or may be rotated by ratchets 55 and 56 as shown in FIG. These operating parts 5 can be made to function well by attaching the covers 11 and 12 made of metal or synthetic resin, the synthetic resin film 13, or applying heat-resistant grease to these operating parts 5. or,
The adjustment device such as the side support mechanism may not be provided on the seat bag, but may be provided on the seat cushion serving as the seat, or may be provided on both the seat bag and the seat cushion. Furthermore, the left and right support frames may not be interlocked with each other by a connecting rod, but the left and right side supports may be rotated independently, and in this case as well, the system can function well.
