ールに巻き付き支持される片面に樹脂が被覆され
た樹脂被覆鋼板の樹脂被覆面に樹脂複合鋼板の出
発素材となる他方の鋼板を圧接する圧接ロールと
よりなり、上記小径ロールの大径の巻付ロールに
巻き付き支持される鋼板への圧接位置を大径の巻
付ロールの軸心を通る水平線よりも上方にしたこ
