Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process by a method wherein, after the surfaces of protruded line parts formed on a mold surface are coated with paint by using a masking, an unvulcanized rubbery material is inserted in a molding tool togetherwith an insertion block, and after clamping of a mold, heating is effecting for vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:In a state that top and bottom molds 1 and 2 are set, a masking 6 is brought into a state in which protruded line parts 5 are engaged with respective slits 7. When the masking 6 is coated with paint through spray or by using a brush, the solvent of the paint applied on mold surface 1a and 2a is rapidly vaporized by means of the surplus heat of a molding tool and therefore, the paint remains on the surface of protruded line parts 5 in a state to form a film. The masking 6 is then removed and a given amount of an unvulcanized rubbery material is charged between the top and bottom molds 1 and 2 togetherwith an insertion block 4. The top and bottom molds 1 and 2 are clamped together, the unvulcanized rubbery material is forcibly spread to every corner (compression molding), and the top and bottom molds 1 and 2 are heated to vulcanize the rubbery material. Thereafter, by effecting demolding, a gold grip 8 in the outer peripheral surface where a number of recessed grooveform pattern 9 is formed is finished.

料を中子とともに挿填し、かつ型締め後に加熱して加硫
させることを特徴としている。

緩いテーパ状をなしているので、これに対応して各型面
1a、2iも緩いテーパ状に形成されている。また中子
4の端部には、大径な円筒状をなす支持部4aが形成さ
れており、該支持部4aが上型l、下型2間に挾持され
て中子4が支持されるとともに、これによってキャビテ
ィの他端が閉塞されるようになっている。

化できる。特に、外表面を予め粗面に成形することと相
俟って研磨工程の省略が図れ、製造コストの低減が可能
となる。
