- 吸入側空間２０が、流体の流れ方向に関して吸
入口２２と吸入弁４２との間に形成されて、前記
吸入口２２から流体を導入され、往復部材２８が
前記吸入側空間２０を貫通し、シール部材４８が
、内周側において前記往復部材２８を摺接されて
、前記往復部材２８の基端方向への前記吸入側空
間２０からの流体の漏れを阻止している往復ポン
プ１０において、前記シール部材４８は、前記往
復部材２８の軸方向へ並設されて前記往復部材２
８に摺接するリツプ部５０，５２と、両リツプ部
５０，５２の間に形成されて内周側へ開口する凹
所５４とを有し、前記凹所５４は連通路５６，６
０，６２を介して前記吸入弁４２より上流側の連
通個所６４へ連通し、前記連通個所６４から前記
凹所５４への流体の流れを阻止する逆止弁６６が
前記連通路５６，６０，６２に配設されているこ
