Claims (1)
- 両端部が端部材で閉成されたハウジングと、該
ハウジングの中央部に設けられるとともに吸込口
及び吐出口を有する単１のポンプヘツドと、閉成
端部により閉成されポンプ給送流体を収容するポ
ンプ室を内部に形成し前記ポンプヘツドを介して
対向した状態で前記ハウジング内に収容されると
ともに、一軸線上に沿つて伸縮して往復動可能な
一対のベローズと、該各ベローズの往復動を生じ
させる作動圧を取り入れるために該各ベローズと
ハウジングとの間に形成された作動圧付与室とを
備えてなる２連ベローズポンプにおいて、前記各
端部材に形成され一端が前記作動圧付与室に開口
するとともに他端が前記ハウジングの外方に開口
した第１の案内路と、前記ハウジングの外方にお
いて前記両端部材間に設けたカバー部材内に形成
されるとともに前記ハウジングに沿つて前記第１
の案内路の他端間を流体密に連通する第２の案内
路と、前記第１、第２の案内路に挿通され一端が
一方のベローズの閉成端部に取り付けられるとと
もに他端が他方のベローズの閉成端部に取り付け
られた可撓性の連動部材と、前記各端部材に形成
されるとともに対応する前記第１の案内路に連通
した転動体収容室内に配置されて前記連動部材を
懸架し転動案内する転動体とを備えてなり、前記
連動部材を介して前記一対のベローズの往復動を
連動させてなることを特徴とする２連ベローズポ
ンプ。
