Claims (1)

あつて、 前記熱電対は、種類の異なる板状金属材料から
なる第１の細片と第２の細片とから構成されてお

細片の先端部同士を溶接することにより形成され
、 前記リード線と接続する前記第１及び第２の細
片の他端部は、かしめることにより前記リード線
に圧着されてこれを保持するかしめ部となつてお
り、かつ、 前記かしめ部をかしめて前記リード線を保持固
定することにより、前記熱電対と前記リード線と
