Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所定温度範囲に制御されつつ熱源により加熱さ
れる加熱部材により、未定着トナー像を担持した
シート上のトナーを該シート上に加熱定着させる
定着装置であつて、前記加熱部材の近傍に設けら
れ温度を検知し所定温度になると前記熱源を遮断
する温度ヒユーズを備えた定着装置において、 前記加熱部材に対する前記温度ヒユーズの位置
を、該加熱部材を前記所定温度範囲に上昇させる
時には第１位置にし、該加熱部材を前記所定温度
範囲に制御している時には前記第一位置よりも前
記加熱部材から遠い第二位置にする、位置可変手
段を設けたことを特徴とする定着装置。
