タ、１２……制御装置、１５……駆動モータ、Ｎ
……ニツプ、Ｐ……転写紙（被加熱材）。

Claims (1)
- 通電により発熱する発熱部材を内蔵した定着ロ
ーラと、該定着ローラに回転自在に圧接させた加
圧ローラとの間に形成されるニツプにより被加熱
材を加熱定着させるようにし、更に、ウオームア
ツプ時及び複写動作時に、上記定着ローラの温度
を制御装置により設定温度に制御するようにして
ある定着装置において、上記定着ローラと加圧ロ
ーラを、ウオームアツプ時及び複写動作時を除い
て常に複写時速度以下で回転させるよう構成し、
且つウオームアツプ時及び複写動作時を除いて、
上記定着ローラの温度を設定温度又はそれより低
い温度に制御するための指令を出力する機能を、
上記制御装置に具備させてなることを特徴とする
電子写真複写機の定着装置。
