Generally, when the distance between a pair of opposing sides of a cloth foundation is relatively large, two large pullers 2 are placed in a straight line between both sides of the cloth foundation 1, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. They are arranged side by side, and both large pullers 2 are connected via a large supporter 6 supported on a bundle 5.
The bundle 5 is made of wood and cut to support the large undercarriage 6 at the desired height. However, since the height of the bundle foundation 13 and the length of the bundle 5 vary, it is difficult to support the large undercarriage 6 horizontally, and there is a gap between the bundle 5 and the bundle foundation 13. This may occur. If such an irregularity in the upper end position of the bundle 5 or a gap between the bundle 5 and the bundle base 13 occurs, there is a problem that it is difficult to correct this. Furthermore, since two large tensioners 2 are lined up between both sides of the cloth foundation 1 and connected via a large support 6, this connection part has relatively low strength and cannot support large loads. It is.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its main purpose is to enable the height of the bundle to be freely adjusted, thereby supporting the large pull at a desired height. The purpose is to arrange the bundles so that there are no gaps between them and the ground, and the other purpose is to ensure that the bundles have a large support strength against the load of the mains. Another object of the present invention is to provide a flooring base that has good workability when joining large-scale timbers into bundles.

In the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a plurality of large tensioners 2 are constructed parallel to each other between a pair of opposite sides of the cloth foundation 1, and the longitudinal middle part of each large tensioner 2 is , in the support structure of the large pull 2 connected to the upper part of a plurality of bundles 4 erected on the ground 3 at positions corresponding to each large pull 2, each bundle 4 is vertically adjustable in length. At the same time, it is connected via a bundle beam 11 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the large puller 2, and the bundle beam 11 has a cross section of approximately L.
The vertical pieces are fixed to the bundle 4 so that the horizontal pieces protrude from the upper edge of the vertical pieces slightly below the lower surface of the large drawer 2.

水平がとりやすくなるものである。 As shown in FIG. 5, the large puller 2 is a steel channel material having a substantially C-shaped cross section, and has substantially L-shaped ends at both ends in the longitudinal direction, as shown in FIG. Plate 12 is fixed. The end plate 12 is a vertical piece that closes the end face of the large drawer 2, and a horizontal piece extends from the upper end of the vertical piece, and this horizontal piece
The large drawer 2 is fixed to the cloth foundation 1 by an anchor that overlaps the upper end surface of the cloth foundation 1 and is inserted into the cloth foundation 1 through the horizontal piece. In this way, as shown in Fig. 3, one long pull 2 is erected between the opposing sides of the foundation 1, and the wide pull 2 is erected in the width direction as shown in Fig. 4. A plurality of them are arranged spaced apart from each other. The central portion of each large puller 2 in the longitudinal direction is connected to a bundle 4 erected on a bundle foundation 13, respectively. As shown in FIG. 5, the bundle 4 is formed of L-shaped angle members running in the vertical direction, and has a bottom piece 1 at the bottom end.
5, and a bundle leg 19 in which an anchor plate 18 is integrally provided at the lower end of an elevating shaft 17 through which a bottom piece 15 is inserted. A male thread is cut on the circumferential surface of the elevating shaft 17 of the bundle leg 19, and the lower bottom piece 15 is inserted between a pair of nuts 20 screwed onto the elevating shaft 17.
The distance between the lower bottom piece 15 and the anchor plate 18 is made variable by sandwiching them. bundle 4
is fixed to the bulkhead 2 by a fixing method such as riveting or welding, with one piece of the bundle body 16 overlapping the side surface of the bulkhead 2. The bundles 4 corresponding to each large puller 2 are connected to each other by one bundle beam 11. The bundle beam 11 is formed of an L-shaped angle member, and its vertical piece is fixed to the bundle body 16 in such a manner that it overlaps with the bundle body 16, and the large puller 2 is arranged above the horizontal piece extending from the upper end of the vertical piece. Ru. . In this way, since the plurality of large pullers 2 are connected to each other in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam bundles 11, it has great strength against external forces acting in the longitudinal direction of the beam bundles 11. It is. Also, bundle beam 11
Since the large wires 2 are arranged slightly above the horizontal pieces of 11 for temporary support, making construction easier. Moreover, since the bundle 4 is vertically expandable and retractable by moving the bundle legs 19 into and out of the bundle main body 16, the lower end of the bundle 4 whose upper end is fixed to the puller 2 can be pressed against the bundle foundation 13. This allows the large pull 2 that tries to deflect downward.
The central part in the longitudinal direction can be lifted upward, and the large puller 2 can be easily supported horizontally. Furthermore, since the height of each large drawer 2 can be easily adjusted by the bundle 4, it becomes easier to level the entire floor.

As mentioned above, the present invention is based on a single
Since the longitudinal center part of the book puller is supported by a height-adjustable bundle, it is easy to support the center part of the book puller at a desired height, and the floor can be easily supported horizontally. It has the advantage of being able to In addition, since one long wire is constructed between a pair of opposing sides of the cloth foundation, the long wires are connected at the center in the longitudinal direction where the amplitude is the largest even during the vibration of the large wire. It has the advantage that there is no need to provide a section, and the large pull has great strength against vibrations and loads. Furthermore, the bundles are connected via a bundle beam in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the large drawer, and the bundle beam has an approximately L-shaped cross section, and is slightly below the lower surface of the large drawer, and extends from the upper end edge of the vertical piece to the horizontal piece. The vertical pieces are fixed to the bundle so that they protrude, so while one of the multiple daihiki is being joined to the bundle, the other daihiki can be placed on top of the bundle beam. I can support you,
It has the advantage of being easy to construct.
