Claims (1)
- ワークの同一軸線上の複数箇所を加工するため
の加工装置を進退動させるバツクステツプ装置の
いて、前記加工装置を搭載したスライドベースの
後方に両端にピストンロツドを有するシリンダを
配設し、このシリンダの一方のピストンロツドは
前記スライドベースに装着し、他方のピストンロ
ツドの後端部にはストツパを取付け、更に前記シ
リンダとストツパとの間には他方のピストンロツ
ドに微小距離だけ後退方向に移動させるバツクア
ツプシリンダを配設したことを特徴とするバツク
ステツプ装置。
