- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 可変電圧可変周波変換装置により駆動される電
動機において、 前記電動機の速度を検出する速度検出器と、こ
の速度検出器の検出出力を４逓倍する回路と、こ
の４逓倍回路の出力を波形整形する回路と、この
波形整形回路の出力を周波数−電圧変換するＦ／
Ｖ変換回路と、この変換回路の出力信号と逆極性
の信号が与えられ、得られた信号を増幅する増幅
回路とを備えたことを特徴とする電動機の微少回
転変動計測装置。
