Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高周波スピンドルモータと、 上記モータのロータにスピンドルクイルを圧入
してなるスピンドルと、 上記スピンドルクイルの外周一部を囲繞して一
体に形成されるとともに、奇数個の検出端を有す
るターゲツトと、 上記ターゲツトの検出端に対向する位置に各々
配設されるとともに、上記ターゲツトの外周と間
隙をおいて設けられた一対の位置センサと、 上記位置センサからの出力に基いて上記スピン
ドルクイルの撓み量を検出する撓み検出手段と、 上記位置センサからの出力に基づいて上記スピ
ンドルの回転数を検出する回転数検出手段と、 からなることを特徴とするスピンドル装置。
