Claims (1)
- 吸気口と排気口とが設けられた開閉式ボツクス
の内部に、調理用器具類を載せる棚用フレームが
着脱自在に取付けられるとともに、その棚用フレ
ームに載せた調理用器具類に向けて紫外線を照射
する殺菌灯と遠赤外線を照射する赤外線ヒータと
が前記開閉式ボツクスの内壁の所定箇所に取付け
られ、さらに換気用フアンが前記吸気口と排気口
とのいずれか一方に取付けられていることを特徴
とする調理用器具類の殺菌乾燥機。
