Claims (1)
- 触媒と、発光素子と前記発光素子からの光を検
出する受光素子を具備しており、且つ前記触媒は
加熱室と外気をつなぐ排気ダクト内に設けられて
いるとともに、前記発光素子及び受光素子は前記
触媒から見て排気ダクト内の外気側に設けられて
おり、且つ前記触媒はグリル加熱時の適正時間を
こえたことによる被加熱物からの煙り・臭いのみ
を通過させる一方、適正加熱の場合には前記煙り
・臭いを取り除くものであり、且つ適正時間をこ
えた場合における被加熱物からの発煙を前記発光
素子及び受光素子で検出せしめるとともに、前記
受光素子からの信号に基づいて前記グリル加熱及
びマイクロ波加熱の運転を停止せしめるように構
成したことを特徴とするグリルオーブンレンジ。
