- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 摺動子７と、複数の接点１０ａ…とを有し、 前記摺動子７は、上方から油重量を受けるよう
設けられ、油重量を受けた際基板６上を摺動して
弾性的に開脚変形可能な複数の摺動脚７ａ…を備
え、 前記接点１０ａ…のそれぞれは、前記各摺動脚
７ａ…に対応して基板６上に形成され、 前記摺動子７が所定の脚開度にあるとき、各摺
動脚７ａ…の先端と、これに対応する各接点１０
ａ…の端部との距離Ｗを互いに異なるように設定
して、摺動子７が油重量変形によつて開脚変形さ
れる際に、脚開度に対応する変形度合いに伴なつ
て各摺動脚７ａ…が対応する接点１０ａ…に段階
的に接するように構成されてなる油量センサ。
