ブの外側に往復動可能に嵌められたスライダーと
、このスライダーおよび前記ピストンにそれぞれ
設けられて互いに吸引する磁石と、前記シリンダ
チユーブの両端部にそれぞれ着脱可能に嵌め込ま
れたヘツドカバーであつて駆動流体の通路穴をそ
れぞれ有するものと、この各ヘツドカバーに取り
付けられていてそれと前記シリンダチユーブとの
間をシールするパツキンとを備えることを特徴と
