- 対向する円弧状をした一対の内側加圧治具の反
対面に、両側支持板に形状記憶合金製バネと通常
の引張バネとの両端を固定した駆動部材の支持板
を取付けたことを特徴とするシール装置における
内側加圧治具の駆動装置。
