Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両側面に軸方向の転動体転動溝を有して長
    く延びる案内レールと、前記案内レールの転動体
    転動溝に対向する転動体転動溝を内側面に有して
    案内レール上に跨架されたスライダとを備え、案
    内レールとスライダとが前記両転動体転動溝内に
    挿入された多数の転動体の転動を介して軸方向に
    相対移動可能とされるとともに、前記スライダの
    両端面にサイドシールを備えた直動案内軸受であ
    つて前記案内レールの側面と摺接するアンダーシ
    ールの側縁が前記スライダの下端面から内側に突
    出されて取付けられる直動案内軸受のアンダーシ
    ール装置において、 前記アンダーシールの軸方向の両端部に軸方向
    に延びる突部を形成すると共に、前記サイドシー
    ルの下端面に前記アンダーシールの突部が嵌合す
    る嵌合孔を形成したことを特徴とする直動案内軸
    受のアンダーシール装置。 (2) 前記アンダーシールの少なくとも一方の突
    部は、相互に離接方向に弾性変形可能な２叉の角
    状突起からなると共に、各角状突起端に鉤状係止
    部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項(1)
    記載の直動案内軸受のアンダーシール装置。 (3) 前記アンダーシールの軸方向の端面に、前
    記サイドシールと密着する弾性被覆層を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする請求項(1)又は(2)記載の直動案内
    軸受のアンダーシール装置。 (4) 前記アンダーシールの突部の前記嵌合孔と
    嵌合する側面に弾性被覆層を設けたことを特徴と
    する請求項(1)記載の直動案内軸受のアンダーシ
    ール装置。 (5) 前記アンダーシールの軸方向の一端がサイ
    ドシールに一体的に固着されていることを特徴と
    する請求項(1)記載の直動案内軸受のアンダーシ
    ール装置。
